I love it, how do I get this 3BR unit at Horizon South in Panama City? 1) Click on the Check for availability link above. I will get an email and will respond as to whether or not it is available. 2) If this unit at Horizon South in Panama City Beach it is open, and you would like for me to reserve it for you, simply respond to my email and tell me you would like it. 3) Click on Lease Agreement link, print the agreement, put your dates and sign at the bottom (if paying by credit card, please complete that section). 4) Mail to me with a deposit check (if paying by check or money order) for $250 to the address on the bottom of the form OR you may mail the lease agreement and phone me with your credit card information. THAT'S IT!
